Sam is the Director and Lead Mortgage Broker at The Loanary, bringing a wealth of experience from both international and Australian banking sectors. Having worked across major institutions – including NAB, ME Bank, and ANZ – and previously in the finance industry in Dubai, Sam offers clients a deep understanding of lending from both a local and global perspective.
With several years of hands-on experience in the mortgage and property finance industry, Sam is known for his strategic approach, client-first mindset, and ability to tailor lending solutions that align with each client’s goals. Whether guiding first-home buyers, seasoned investors, or SMSF clients, Sam’s focus is on providing clear, informed advice and a smooth end-to-end experience.

Tulay Younes | Broker & Co-Director
Tulay has been in the mortgage and finance industry for over 15 years, beginning her career in broker support and administration before progressing into a client-facing broker role.
Throughout her career, she has supported and worked alongside a number of experienced brokers, gaining a deep understanding of the lending process and the importance of clear communication and exceptional client service.
As Co-Director of The Loanary, Tulay brings her extensive experience, attention to detail, and client-first approach to every interaction. She is passionate about helping clients make informed financial decisions and guiding them with confidence through every stage of their property journey.

Esra Sozan | Mortgage Operations Manager
With over 15 years of experience in the finance industry, Esra joins The Loanary team as our Mortgage Operations Manager, bringing extensive knowledge across residential lending, asset finance, and client operations. Holding qualifications including a B.Comm (Accounting & Financial Management) and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Brokering, she has built a well-rounded career across multiple areas of the finance industry, providing her with broad expertise in lending, client service, and financial solutions.
Throughout her career, Esra has worked closely alongside brokers and clients to ensure their financial needs are met efficiently and professionally. She has built a strong reputation for her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care, while developing a deep understanding of the lending process from application through to settlement. Having worked with multiple aggregators and a variety of CRM platforms, she brings a strong operational mindset and a seamless approach to client service.
Esra is passionate about building long-term relationships with clients and delivering personalised solutions that not only support their current needs but also help them achieve their future financial goals.
Outside of work, Esra is a proud mum of two who enjoys spending quality time with her family, reading and exploring new cafes and restaurants.
